We ship globally, bringing the magic of fancy dress to your doorstep! Please note, we are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other select remote regions.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our elves get to work! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your costume for its journey.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- A flat fee of £12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Available on all orders over £50.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want every costume adventure to be absolutely magical! While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes a spell might need adjusting. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy to keep the magic alive.
Please Note: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- In the same condition as you received it.
- Returned within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items for hygiene reasons once their protective seal has been broken or if they have been obviously worn:
- Costume makeup and face paints
- Accessories that come into direct contact with the skin (e.g., masks, certain hats)
- Wigs and hair accessories that have been removed from their original packaging
- Any intimate apparel or costume where the hygiene seal is broken
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to send an item back to us:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Get Authorisation: We will email you a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Please write your RA Number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back: Ship the package to our address at: Fancy Dress Shop

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item as soon as we have received and processed your return. Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your magical delivery arrives damaged or is the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item to us.
